Merchandise Return Guidelines
AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR RETURNS
Customer may return SPENCO& Brand merchandise only after they receive authorization and shipping instructions from Spenco. Please do not return products without Spenco's authorization.
REASONS FOR RETURN
Authorization for merchandise return will be given at Spenco’s discretion. Authorization for return will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Product or shipment error by Spenco.
- Warranty claims based upon defective products supplied by Spenco.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All products must be returned to ensure proper credit.
- If Spenco authorizes a return for other reasons than the 2 above, the return will be subject to a reasonable restocking charge set by Spenco of not less than fifteen (15) percent. Return must be prepaid by customer.
AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
To request authorization to return a SPENCO® Product, call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-877-3626 and provide the information requested by the representative. If return is authorized, Spenco will issue a Return Authorization number.
Spenco’s shipping address must be written on each shipping carton along with the Return Authorization number.
