I work in a warehouse and stand on hard concrete floors in -20 degree cold for 14 hours a day. These insoles are 100% better than the Dr. Scholl’s gel inserts I used to buy. I have VERY little foot pain at the end of day. Almost none compared to before with the Dr. Scholl’s inserts.
Although, above all else, the most important thing is the shoe or boot you wear. Which I should mention, if your shoes or boots are already tight fitting, these can make them even snugger.
Pros: Very comfy. Almost zero foot pain after a 14 hour day. Insert molds well to your foot.
Cons: Can be snug fitting. Heel can feel weird at first, but that goes away as the day goes on.
