I purchased my Q Factor cushion inserts last October. They have really helped me with my plantar fasciitis. This summer I was fortunate to spend a good portion of the summer at the shore. I wore them in my sneakers when I walked on the beach. Thanks so much!

I was spending a lot of money on various types of running shoes, but I continued to suffer from severe pain in my knees (LCL, ACL, Patella, and Medial & Lateral Meniscus) and hip joint.
