Spenco® 2nd Skin® Moist Burn Pads are made from pure, sterile water to cool and soothe on contact. A moist comfortable barrier helps heal while protecting the burn, scrape or abrasion. May be trimmed to fit or layered for larger burns. Won’t stick to the wound. (Latex free)

I had a bicycle accident and suffered bad road burns on my elbow. I used this to help out, and WOW!!! The wound is healing really fast and feels great. I wish I would have discovered this the first week after the accident. Great product!

This product is amazing. It makes burns feel instantly better, hurt less, and minimizes scarring. I have matching burns on my arms from two different incidents. The burn that got treated with 2nd Skin doesn't even show a scar, and it was worse than the other one!

I received a large 2nd degree burn on my leg. I stumbled onto your moist burn pads at my local drug store. I gave them a try and couldn’t believe the results! First: The pad removed the pain like magic! Second: Ten days later the burn was completely healed, with no scab to worry about! I'm sold, and have told all my friends about your product. I hope everyone learns about 2nd Skin!

I use these for contact rubs from sports. They are great because they protect the site from further sores.

I always keep your Moist Burn Pads in stock in my refrigerator. I have learned that your product is at its most effective when used immediately after a burn occurs. I have avoided many blisters and work inhibiting injuries by having your product at hand. I recommend that every chef keep a stock in their kitchen, especially if there are sous chefs and dishwashers along with servers and hot lights. Burns should always be treated immediately as cellular damage is progressive if left untreated - and these pads are invaluable for scalds and short contact burns where the skin is unbroken and the dermis hurt but intact.
