Shipping & Returns

We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within three business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard ship method is UPS SurePost. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Durham, NC and will arrive within 5-10 business days.

Shipping is available within the 48 Contiguous States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other US territories. No international orders are accepted. For expedited shipping options or to inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service.

Returns:Spenco accepts returns of all products purchased on our site within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information and a brief note that includes your contact information.

Exchanges:Spenco offers a 1-year warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy, contact Customer Service.

These policies do not conflict with the 1-year unconditional guarantee offered on select products. For covered products, this guarantee appears on the product packaging.
